Return Policy
No Returns on personalized artwork: Due to the custom nature of our artwork, returns are generally not accepted.
Once the customer has signed off the final proof on artwork, they have acknowledged the design is up to their specifications and they are satisfied with the end result.
Downloadable PDF's are non-refundable
Delivery/Shipping: The artist is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.
Damages to artwork incurred during delivery are not the responsibility of Pet-Art.
If you wish to take out insurance for the delivery, please notify us to arrange that on your behalf
If a valid claim is entered into:

Disclaimer
Customization: All artwork is custom-made to the client's specific requirements.
Customers will be given one review to make alterations, any changes thereafter are at the client’s expense.
The final product may vary slightly from the initial design due to factors such as print quality, colour variations, and material availability, as printing is outsourced to a 3rd party.
Watermark: A watermark will be included on all preview images.
This watermark will be removed once the client has approved the final design.
Intellectual Property:
The client retains ownership of the final artwork.
However, the artist retains the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes,
such as displaying it on their website or social media.
Errors and Omissions: While we strive for accuracy, errors or omissions may occur.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TTS Warehouse, Roodepoort
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
